Baby clothes and tableware products:
- Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges on baby clothes and tableware products.
Breastfeeding products:
- Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the manual breast pump, nipple shields, and milk storage bags.
- The Youha breast pump can be returned only if the 2 security seals on the box are not broken. Once the security seal is broken, it can't be returned or exchanged.
- If the product is damaged or doesn't work, please contact us.
You have 14 days from the day the item was delivered to you to return it. Make sure your item qualifies for returns.
If you would like to return an item, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.

If you received a damaged or broken item, please reach out to us within 7 days. We'll be happy to get a replacement sent to you at no additional cost.
If your package was lost by the shipping courier, you must initiate a claim.
The delivery estimates during checkout are not guaranteed due to shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Give it 1-2 weeks past the estimated delivery date before filing a claim.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method on file. Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.
