Breast Pump Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods only, purchased from Boobie (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Boobie will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Boobie starts from the purchase date:

  • Pump body/motor: 180 days
  • Silicone and plastic parts (valve, membrane, shields, and cup): 60 days

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Including, but not limited to:

  • Misuse, abuse, inflicted damage, accidental damage, water (or milk) damage, or any acts of God
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Handling, storage, charging, assembly, cleaning or use not in accordance with the instruction manual
  • Alterations, modifications, or any other changes

Contact us within the Warranty Period to get help and/or initiate a warranty claim by contacting us.

Limited Liability

Boobie doesn’t assume any responsibility for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications of the Physical Goods. If Boobie is held liable whether directly or indirectly for any loss or damage with respect to the Physical Goods, regardless of cause or origin, its maximum liability shall not, in any case, exceed the purchase price of the Physical Goods, which shall be fixed as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and shall be the complete and exclusive remedy against Boobie.
